Responsible Endeveran Entity

Endeveran is the controller of your Personal Data and is responsible for its processing, unless expressly specified otherwise in our full Privacy Statement. For the avoidance of doubt, our Privacy Statement does not apply to the extent we process Personal Data in the role of a processor on behalf of our customers. A reference to “Endeveran,” “we,” “us” or the “Company” is a reference to Endeveran Corporation and the relevant affiliate involved in the processing activity. Purposes For Which We Process Personal Data

We collect and process Personal Data for a variety of purposes, including:

• The processing of your name and contact information to provide you with information about our products, manage your registration for and attendance at our events and webinars or for office visits, manage your registration for contests or promotions, provide you with customer support or otherwise communicate with you;
• The processing of your logbook flight data to provide you with reports, charts, forms and other representations of your data to make it more useful.
• The processing of your flight schedule to provide insight to when your next flight or layover will be. To provide assistance on your travels to help find places to eat, or places of things to do.
• The processing of device and usage data to develop, improve, manage and customize our websites and services, to assess and improve the related user experience, to identify customer opportunities and to guarantee our websites’ and services' security and continued proper functioning;
• The processing of your billing information to complete transactions with you when you purchase our products or services;
• To provide you with the necessary functionalities required during your use of our websites and services, and to review capacity requirements and compliance with the applicable usage terms;
• To analyze logbook data to improve our system and quality of data.

What device and usage data do we process?

We use common information-gathering tools, such as tools for collecting usage data, cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to automatically collect information that may contain Personal Data as you navigate our websites, our services, or interact with emails we have sent to you. This is to improve our system and provide a better user experience.

This information may include identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity information such as IP address (or proxy server information), device and application information, identification numbers and features, location, browser type, plug-ins, integrations, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, the pages and files viewed, searches, referring website, app or ad, operating system, system configuration information, advertising and language preferences, date and time stamps associated with your usage, and frequency of visits to the websites. In addition, we gather certain information automatically as part of your use of our cloud products and services. This information may include identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity information such as IP address (or proxy server), mobile device number, device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, Internet service provider or mobile carrier, the pages and files viewed, website and webpage interactions including searches and other actions you take, operating system and system configuration information and date and time stamps associated with your usage. This information is used to maintain the security of the services, to provide necessary functionality, to improve performance of the services, to assess and improve customer and user experience of the services, to review compliance with applicable usage terms, to identify future opportunities for development of the services, to assess capacity requirements, to identify customer opportunities, and for the security of Endeveran generally (in addition to the security of our products and services). Some of the device and usage data collected by the services, whether alone or in conjunction with other data, could be personally identifying to you. Please note that this device and usage data is primarily used to identify the uniqueness of each user logging on (as opposed to specific individuals), apart from where it is strictly required to identify an individual for security purposes or as required as part of our provision of the services to our customers.

Who Do We Share Personal Data with?

We may share Personal Data with various parties, including:

• Our contracted service providers that process Personal Data on our behalf for IT and system administration and hosting, credit card processing, research and analytics, marketing, customer support and data enrichment;
• Affiliates within our current or future corporate group that process Personal Data for customer support, marketing, event management, technical operations and account management;
• If you are using our services as an authorized user, with the Endeveran customer responsible for your access to the services for verifying your account, investigating suspicious activity and reviewing compliance our usage terms and policies;
• Sponsors of events, webinar or contests for which you register;
• Third-party social media and advertising networks, which usually act as separate controllers, so that we can advertise on their platforms;
• Public and government authorities, to the extent we are compelled to disclose Personal Data to comply with our legal obligations.

What Confidential or Sensitive Data we collect?

We collect highly confidential information or data during the registration process:

• We collect credit card information for the processing of your subscription for payment of our services. We do not store this information on any of our servers. Your credit card information is stored on a secure payment gateway which does the processing and handling. For example, (Authorize.net, Paypal, CardServices, etc)
• We collect your employee number to identify the pay sheet or other documentation being processed coming from a processing system belongs to you. This is a security measure to ensure we are sending the data to the correct person. Your employee number will never be exposed to other users.

Your Rights Relating To Your Personal Data

You have certain rights relating to your Personal Data, subject to local data protection laws. These rights may include:

• To access your Personal Data held by us (right to access);
• To rectify inaccurate Personal Data and, taking into account the purpose of processing the Personal Data, ensure it is complete (right to rectification);
• To erase/delete your Personal Data, to the extent permitted by applicable data protection laws (right to erasure; right to be forgotten);
• To restrict our processing of your Personal Data to the extent permitted by law (right to restriction of processing);
• To transfer your Personal Data to another controller, to the extent possible (right to data portability);
• To object to any processing of your Personal Data carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests (right to object). Where we process your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes or share it with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, you can exercise your right to object at any time to such processing without having to provide any specific reason for such objection;
• To not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects ("Automated Decision-Making"); Automated Decision-Making currently does not take place on our websites or in our services; and
• To the extent we base the collection, processing and sharing of your Personal Data on your consent, to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on such consent before its withdrawal.
